When I decided to expand my horizons and become a freelance HR Consultant 15 years ago I totally underestimated the variety and enjoyment it would offer me. I now work with a wide range of clients in PRIVATE, PUBLIC, CHARITY and NON-PROFIT organisations, and have worked in all sorts of locations and some rather unusual working environments.
Every organisation operates under different constraints, and with very differing goals.
